Can I reschedule or skip a visit? +
Yes, just WhatsApp us by 8 PM the evening before. We'll reschedule or skip without any charge. Skipped visits are credited to the following month — we never waste a visit you've paid for.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning? +
Send us a WhatsApp message with your concern — we'll send the same team back within 24 hours at no extra charge. If we've genuinely fallen short, that visit is on us.
For commercial: do you provide GST invoices? +
