Frequently asked

Is there a trial option before subscribing? +
Yes! We offer a 3-day trial at ₹300/day (any meal) before you commit to a monthly plan. Just mention "trial" in the form notes or WhatsApp us to arrange it.
What areas in Bhopal do you deliver to? +
We currently deliver to MP Nagar, Arera Colony, Shahpura, Kolar Road, E-7/E-8, Hoshangabad Road, TT Nagar, NIT/MANIT area, and Govindpura. More areas being added soon — WhatsApp us to check.
Can I skip a day or pause my subscription? +
Absolutely. Just WhatsApp us by 9 PM the previous night and we'll skip your tiffin for the next day. Skipped days are adjusted in the next month's billing — we never waste a meal.
Can I customise the food (no onion, less spicy etc.)? +
Yes, we accommodate most preferences: no onion-garlic (Jain food), less oil, less spicy, diabetic-friendly options, and extra rotis. Mention your preferences in the form and we'll set it up from day one.
How do I pay? +
We accept all UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) and bank transfer. Payment is on the 1st of each month in advance. We'll send you a payment link on WhatsApp.
What if I'm not satisfied with the food? +
Send us a WhatsApp message with your feedback anytime. If we fall short on any day, that meal is on us — no arguments. Your satisfaction is the only way we grow.
