1. General Payment Policy

  • All services provided by Prime Works India require payment as per the agreed billing structure below.

  • Payments must be made through authorized modes (Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.).

  • Non-payment or delayed payments may result in project/service suspension.

2. One-Time Project Services (e.g., Website / Landing Page Development)

All one-time projects are billed based on milestone completion. The typical payment structure is as follows:

Milestone Payment % Description
Project Initiation 30% Advance payment to begin the project.
Design Phase Approval 30% After homepage and key page designs are approved.
Content Upload & Testing 30% Upon uploading content and completing QA testing.
Final Handover & Deployment 10% Upon project completion and client approval.

🔹 Note: For all one-time projects costing less than ₹5,000, 100% advance payment will be required. Project delivery timelines may shift if milestone payments are delayed.

3. Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, Social Media, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing)

  • All monthly services follow a prepaid model.

  • Invoice Date: 1st of every month

  • Due Date: On or before the 4th of the same month

  • Service Period: 1st to 30th/31st of the same month

  • Late Payment Consequence: Services will be paused from the 5th if payment is not received.

🔸 Example: For April services, invoice is raised on April 1st. Payment must be made by April 4th. Services pause on April 5th if not paid.

4. Reactivation of Paused Services

  • Services paused due to non-payment will resume only after full payment is received.

  • Delays may affect performance and campaign timelines.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • One-Time Projects: No refunds once a milestone is approved and work is delivered for that phase.

  • Monthly Services: No refunds for prepaid services once the month begins, unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

6. Mode of Payment

Payments can be made via:

  • UPI: UPI details will be provided on the invoice

  • Bank Transfer: Account Details will be provided on the invoice

  • Razorpay/Payment Gateway: Link will be provided on the invoice if available

7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By engaging with Prime Works India, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms. For any custom arrangements, a written agreement is required.
