Payment Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Prime Works India. Please review the following payment terms and conditions for our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Monthly Subscription Plans
- Payment Cycle: Clients on monthly subscription plans are required to make payments between the 1st and 5th of each month.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received by the 5th, Prime Works India reserves the right to temporarily hold or pause any ongoing work.
- Service Termination: If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, Prime Works India reserves the right to terminate the service without any further notice.
- Reactivation: If a service is terminated, it can only be reactivated upon full payment of any outstanding dues, along with a potential service reactivation fee.
2. Yearly Subscription Plans
- Payment Deadline: Clients with yearly subscription plans must ensure payment is made on time at the start of each subscription cycle.
- Late Payments: Any delay in payment may result in additional charges. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to terminate the service.
- No Refunds: Yearly plans are billed in advance, and no refunds are offered for the remaining period if the service is terminated due to delayed or non-payment.
3. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal. Detailed payment instructions will be provided on your invoice.
4. Invoice and Payment Terms
- All invoices will be issued by email. Payments are due as per the billing cycle mentioned in your plan (monthly or yearly).
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time. Prime Works India is not liable for any delays caused by payment gateway issues or other external factors.
5. Service Adjustments and Termination
- Prime Works India reserves the right to adjust prices, modify service offerings, or terminate services with notice to clients.
- Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes to their subscription plan pricing or structure.
6. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation of monthly services will be effective at the end of the billing period. Yearly plans will not be refunded.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
- In case of any billing disputes, clients must raise their concerns in writing within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
- Unresolved disputes will result in the suspension or termination of services until the matter is resolved.
8. Refund Policy
- For monthly subscriptions, payments are non-refundable. Yearly plans are also non-refundable once the payment is made.
